Delivery and Returns

Delivery Options:

  • Priority Delivery Available - Delivery within 3 working days.
  • Standard Delivery Delivery within 5 working days.

Returns Policy:

  • Change of Mind: Return items within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with original packaging.
  • Size Exchange: Exchange unused items for a different size forever, as long as they are part of the schools current uniform and not a discontinued item.
  • Note that certain items like socks, tights, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for exchange if not in original sold condition/packaging.
  • Damaged or Faulty Garments: Notify us and return the item within 100 days of purchase. We will provide an independent assessment, and if deemed faulty, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Delivery to School Option: Orders can be dispatched to the school within 28 days (on average, 14 days). If the school accepts this option, customers can choose to have their order delivered directly to the school.

Collect from Store Option: Orders can be dispatched to a specified store within 5-7 working days. Customers will receive an email notification before they can collect the order from the store.

Standard Delivery Option: Orders can be dispatched to UK customers within 5-7 working days.

Priority Delivery Option: Orders can be dispatched to UK customers within 2-3 working days.

Next Day/48 Hour Delivery Option: Orders can be dispatched to UK customers within 1-2 working days. Please note that the delivery time frame mentioned here does not include the time for delivery itself, only the dispatch from the warehouse.

Free Delivery: Orders that qualify for Free Delivery will be delivered on a standard service, with the option to upgrade at an additional cost. However, if items are returned after qualifying for free delivery and the threshold is breached, a standard delivery charge may be deducted from any refund or replacement/exchange.
